معايير الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع

To be eligible for replacement or refund, the product must be returned within 3 days of respect of the order.

The product must be in the same condition as received and not be used or opened because it is super sensitive products, and it is not damaged by usage in any way.

If the product is damaged in any way, or the passage of calendar 7 days before execution of the return request, The order is not eligible for return or replacement.

we accept our dear customers desire to exchange or return during the above period, but the customer will charge the shipping fee whether it is a replacement or a refund (There may be a “if any” transfer fee discount to recover the amount)
